FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING:

  

    How long will my order take?

      We try our very best to fulfill and ship orders quickly. Standard fulfillment time for all orders is 2-5 business days from order placement, followed by an estimated 3-5 business days in transit. Need your order faster? Special cases can be made in certain circumstances- please email us. Our Fulfillment Center operates M-F, 9am-5pm. 

       

      How is my order shipped and when will I know it has been shipped?

        You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is on its way to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be generated. 

        We ship via UPS 

          We unfortunately are not able to ship to any APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you require your shipment to be delivered to a PO Box please email us for further instructions.  

           

          Shipping Speed | Transit Time

            Time-in-transit is estimated by distance to the destination zip code from our Fulfillment Center in Stamford, CT. Generally UPS Ground carries a standard 3-5 business days in transit, depending on location. 

             

             

            How much is shipping? | Shipping Costs 

               

              Orders over $75 qualify for  Free Shipping. (Product subtotal greater than $75 after accounting for any sales/promotions, maximum subtotal $500.00). Promotion excludes HI, AK, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 


              All regular orders unless otherwise noted receive UPS Ground Shipping, and the cost is calculated by weight and distance from our Fulfillment centers. 

               

              Shipped to Incorrect Address:

                The shipping address for orders are electronically and automatically copied to the Shipping label for your package as entered during the Checkout. No member of our team hand-enters shipping addresses. 

                Should you incorrectly enter your address during Checkout, please place a new order with the correct information, and notify us of the incorrectly-entered address. We will do our best to get the products from the incorrectly addressed order back to our facility. If we are successful, and those products are returned in good condition, refunds may be processed for the product cost only. 

                *PLEASE NOTE* If you chose to Checkout with ApplePay, PayPal, ShopPay, or another third-party payment portal, your address information as stored in that system (which we do not have access to) may differ from your intended shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information when using one of those options at Checkout.
